Clinton v. Multimatic

This civil case was resolved through a month long jury trial. The case was the result of a decapitation at Miami-Homestead Speedway. The outcome was in our client's favor, Thorton Davis. The jury did not find defects in the design of a Formula 1 chassis. As the only trial technicians in the courtroom, we were also assisting opposing counsel from Josephs Jack and Armstrong Teasdale with their powerpoint presentations. There was no shortage of demonstrative exhibits to keep the jury's attention during this lengthy trial. Dozens of boards, video depositions and a 3D accident reconstruction were utilized on multiple projection screens recounting the precise details of this tragic racing fatality.
